How often should I apply the oil?

Apply daily or as needed. Shake well, then brush the outer hoof wall and coronary band, followed by the bottom of the foot and frog.

Which bottle size should I choose?

Start with the 16 oz bottle for $34.99. The 32 oz bottle is $58.99 and gives you twice as much oil for $10.99 less than two 16 oz bottles, at regular prices. Both contain the same formula.
